Monthly or quarterly technical maintenance
The system's operability is ensured by regular, documented technical maintenance carried out monthly or quarterly. We inspect detectors, alarm devices, manual call points, modules and the functionality of all other system devices in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements and regulations, so that everything performs flawlessly when an alarm is triggered.
Signal transmission to the security monitoring centre
We transmit alarm and fault signals to a security monitoring centre operating 24/7. This means the site is monitored at night, at weekends and on public holidays, when the premises are empty — every alarm triggers an immediate response in line with pre-agreed action instructions.
20 minutes to patrol arrival, restoration within 24 hours
On receiving an alarm signal, the security patrol arrives at the site within 20 minutes. System operation is restored within no more than 24 hours, in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 238. Your safety does not depend on office hours.
Logbooks, instructions and staff training
Fire protection system activation and fault logbook; we prepare action instructions and train your staff to respond correctly in the event of an alarm. All documentation is also in order for a VUGD inspection — you need not worry about the formalities.
