VUGD

Fire alarm system (AUATSS)

The system that notices first — and reports it before it becomes a fire.

The automatic fire alarm system is the first to detect danger, so it must work flawlessly every day. We carry out regular technical maintenance of AUATSS, functional inspections and fault rectification, and we ensure the alarm signal is transmitted to the security monitoring centre. You receive properly maintained fault logs and staff who know how to act.

Includes:

  • Regular AUATSS technical maintenance and functional inspections
  • Transmission of the alarm signal to the security monitoring centre
  • Fault log maintenance and reporting
  • Staff training on how to act in the event of an alarm

Fire extinguishing systems

Sprinklers, foam, gas and water mist — always on standby.

A fixed fire extinguishing system operates only once — and then it has to work perfectly. We service and repair sprinkler, foam, gas and water mist systems in accordance with LVS EN standards, including LVS EN 12845 for sprinkler systems. We regularly inspect pressure, pumps, valves and the extinguishing agent, because these systems must activate without delay — protecting you from costly downtime and compliance risks.

Includes:

  • Maintenance of sprinkler, foam, gas and water mist systems
  • Regular inspection of pumps, valves and pressure
  • Fault rectification and component replacement
  • Compliance with design and LVS EN requirements

Person responsible for fire safety

Delegate the responsibility to professionals — and sleep soundly.

Every site needs a person responsible for fire safety — but that person does not have to come from your team. We take on this role: we prepare and maintain the documentation, deliver practical instruction and represent you during VUGD inspections, so your team can focus on its own work. Consultations are free of charge under the agreement, while clarity and compliance are permanent.

Includes:

  • Delegated person responsible for fire safety
  • Practical instruction and staff training
  • Preparation and maintenance of documentation
  • Representation during VUGD inspections and free consultations for contract clients

Fire extinguishers

Inspected, refilled and ready for use — on time, every year.

A fire extinguisher only helps if it is in working order at the exact moment it is needed. We carry out annual and five-year inspections, refilling, repair, supply and disposal in accordance with the LVS 332 standard. We keep track of the deadlines so that no extinguisher at your site is ever overdue for inspection — always certified, labelled and ready for use.

Includes:

  • Annual and five-year inspection
  • Refilling and repair
  • Supply of new extinguishers
  • Disposal of outdated extinguishers

Property maintenance

Engineering systems kept fully operational — without the headaches.

Safety is only as strong as a building's engineering systems. We maintain ventilation, heating, water supply and fire protection as a single whole, planning preventive maintenance so that problems are resolved before they affect your operations. One agreement, one responsible partner — and fewer planned and unplanned interruptions to your work.

Includes:

  • Upkeep of ventilation, heating and water supply
  • Property maintenance of fire protection systems
  • Preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections
  • A single responsible point of contact and continuous monitoring of system operability

Audit and documentation

Clear compliance — before the inspection knocks at your door.

Non-compliance comes to light at the worst possible moment — usually during an inspection or after an incident. We carry out fire safety audits and risk assessments, prepare evacuation plans, instructions and emergency procedures, and remedy any shortcomings in line with Cabinet Regulation No. 238 and building standard LBN 201-15. The result is documentation in good order and a site that is ready for inspection at any time.

Includes:

  • Fire safety audit and risk assessment
  • Evacuation plans and instructions
  • Emergency procedures in the event of a fire
  • Documentation brought into line with Cabinet Regulation No. 238 and LBN 201-15

How we work

Four clear steps from the first call to ongoing servicing — with no hidden items and no surprises.

We prepare a clear service proposal with a transparent, fixed monthly fee — no hidden items and no unexpected invoices.

  3. 03

We conclude a written agreement with a precisely defined scope, responsibilities and response times — everything set out in writing, with no grey areas.

  4. 04

Frequently asked questions

Answers before you ask

What you need to know about the service agreement, response times and regulatory compliance.

Why choose an ongoing service agreement rather than individual call-outs?
An ongoing service agreement ensures that every inspection takes place on time, that documentation is in order and that responsibilities are clearly defined. Instead of keeping track of each deadline yourself, you receive scheduled servicing, continuous upkeep of documentation and priority 24/7 response for a fixed, predictable fee — with one responsible partner taking care of everything.
How quickly do you respond to an alarm or an emergency?
Our emergency call-out service operates 24/7 and can be reached at any time. Following an alarm signal, a security patrol is usually at the site within approximately 20 minutes, and we aim to fully restore the system to operation within no more than 24 hours.
Can you take over an existing system that has been maintained by another provider?
Yes. We begin with a site survey, assess the condition of the systems and the documentation, identify any non-compliances and take over full maintenance without any interruption to your fire safety.
Can you act as our person responsible for fire safety?
Yes. We perform the function of the person responsible under delegation — we prepare and maintain the documentation, deliver staff instruction and represent you during VUGD inspections, freeing your team from this obligation.
Does your service comply with regulatory requirements, and how is the price determined?
All work is carried out in accordance with the regulations in force — Cabinet Regulation No. 238, LBN 201-15, as well as the LVS 332 and LVS EN standards (e.g. LVS EN 12845 for sprinkler systems), so your site is always ready for inspection. We set the price after a free site survey (for contract clients), taking into account the scope of the systems and the requirements — the quotation is transparent and fixed, and you know the exact monthly fee before the agreement is signed.

Entrust your fire safety to a single accountable partner

Let us start with a free site survey (for contract clients) and a transparent quotation with a fixed monthly price. No obligation — just clarity about your safety and compliance, in the hands of a single accountable partner.
