How quickly do you respond in an emergency?
Our emergency call-out service operates 24/7. Following an alarm signal, a security patrol is on site within 20 minutes, and we restore system operation within no more than 24 hours in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 238.
Is the maintenance documented?
Yes. Every scheduled service visit and inspection is recorded in a logbook, with a description of the work carried out, any deficiencies identified and recommendations. This ensures compliance with regulations and provides a clear overview during VUGD inspections.
