Fire safety audit and documentation that stands up to a VUGD inspection

Well-ordered fire safety documentation is the first thing the State Fire and Rescue Service checks. We carry out an independent fire safety audit, develop evacuation plans and instructions, and prepare all the necessary documentation in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 238. You receive a clear picture of your site's compliance and a concrete action plan for putting any shortcomings right.

Fire safety audit

We independently assess your site's compliance with fire safety requirements: documentation, escape routes, the condition of fire protection systems and the division of responsibility. You receive a clear report setting out the deficiencies identified and a prioritised action plan for remedying them ahead of a VUGD inspection.

Evacuation plans

We develop and produce evacuation plans in line with regulatory requirements and the actual layout of the site. Clearly marked escape routes and exits, together with the positions of fire extinguishers and emergency escape lighting, help people act safely in an emergency.

Instructions and orders

We prepare fire safety instructions, procedures for acting in the event of a fire and the necessary internal orders, including the appointment of the person responsible for fire safety. All documentation is ready for submission and reflects the specifics of the site and its type of operation.

Upkeep of documentation

We take over the task of keeping your fire safety documentation current: logbooks, records of staff instruction and updates following changes at the site or in legislation. With a written service agreement, your documentation is always in order and available the moment an inspection takes place.

Speed

We assess the site promptly and prepare the documentation within the agreed deadlines, so that you are ready for an inspection in good time rather than at the last minute.

Quality

The documentation complies with current legislation and standards. We work with fixed, transparent prices and stand behind the quality of our work.

We prepare audits and documentation in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 238 “Fire Safety Regulations” and the building standard LBN 201-15 “Fire Safety of Structures”. The supervisory authority is VUGD.
