SIA “U-Drošība” carries out technical maintenance and repair of automatic fire extinguishing systems in accordance with standard LVS EN 12845, under a written service agreement and with 24/7 emergency response. Maintenance of all system types
We service sprinkler, gas and water mist systems. We carry out scheduled technical maintenance, inspection of control valve sets, pumps, valves and alarm signalling, as well as fault rectification — a single contract partner for your entire fire protection system.
Repair and restoration
We rectify system tightness and pipework defects, replace damaged sprinklers, valves and sensors, and restore the system to working order after activation or a fault. In an emergency we restore system functionality within no more than 24 hours, in line with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 238.
24/7 emergency response
We are available around the clock, seven days a week. On receiving an alarm signal or fault notification, our specialist attends the site to eliminate the danger and restore protection. Costs are agreed individually.
Compliance and documentation
Every service visit is documented with an inspection report and entries in the fire protection system activation and fault logbook. We prepare documentation confirming that the system complies with regulatory requirements during VUGD inspections, and we help you meet the new Fire Safety Law requirement for a written service agreement.

Technical maintenance must be carried out regularly in accordance with regulatory requirements and the manufacturer's instructions — usually at least once a month, in addition to annual and in-depth inspections. The exact schedule is set out in the service agreement, taking into account the type of system and the specifics of the site.
Do you service only sprinkler systems?
No. We service and repair all types of automatic fire extinguishing systems — sprinkler, gas and water mist systems. We can take over the maintenance of a single system or of the site's entire fire protection system.
What happens if the system activates or a fault occurs outside working hours?
Emergency response is available 24/7. Following a call-out, our specialist attends the site, eliminates the danger and restores the system to working order within no more than 24 hours, as required by Cabinet Regulation No. 238. Call-out costs are agreed individually.
Will I receive documents for a VUGD inspection after servicing?
Yes. We document every service visit and repair with an inspection report and entries in the fire protection system

Is a contract required for maintenance?
