Office centre in Riga — AUATSS upgrade and monthly maintenance

A multi-storey office centre with a variety of tenants had outdated fire safety documentation and irregular system inspections.

We carried out a full fire safety audit, put the instructions and evacuation plans in order, and took over the regular servicing of the fire extinguishers and systems under contract.

Result: the site complies with regulatory requirements and the person responsible is always ready for a VUGD inspection.
